Job seekers may create profiles to be discovered by employers, and employers may search for candidates that match their hiring needs.

Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers agree that:

• Information provided in their profile is accurate
• They consent to being contacted by employers through the platform
• Their resume and professional information may be viewed by employers using OpenForHire

Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

• Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Respect candidate privacy
• Avoid misuse or unauthorized sharing of candidate information

Account Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for spam or harassment
• Attempt to access or collect information from other users improperly

Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or removed.

Platform Availability

OpenForHire may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.
